Revealed: Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who is giving duty of army, has two fingers injured

Indian wicket-keeper batsman Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who was giving duty to the army, suffered a finger injury during the Cricket World Cup.
But now it has been revealed that during the match with England, Dhoni suffered another finger injury. Dhoni was also seen spitting blood before the crucial match played against England.
