Under-19 World Cup: Japan’s crushing defeat, India won the match in just 29 balls

Defending champions India suffered a 10-wicket defeat in their second match of the ICC Under-19 World Cup on Tuesday for the first time in a tournament that Japan took on. India decided to field first and beat Japan in 22.5 overs. Dismissed for 41 runs. During this period, leg-spinner Ravi Bishnoi took the highest number of four wickets in his name.

India completed the formalities of victory in just 4.5 overs to break the 41-run target from Japan. During this, Yashasvi Jaiswal remained unbeaten with 29 and Kumar Kushagra 13 runs. Be aware that earlier the Indian team had defeated Sri Lanka by 90 runs in the first match of the tournament.
